New Applicants

Southshore welcomes applications for admission from interested candidates whenever they feel ready to apply.

We invite students and their parents to visit Southshore to get a first hand tour of our purpose-built campus and obtain the answers to any questions that they may have about the school.

Students may apply online or in person at the school campus. Application forms and brochures may be downloaded from here or obtained from the school office.

The Admissions Committee believes that applicants who have completed their Southshore application should receive a prompt response. Completed applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee on an ongoing basis and candidates are informed by letter of the decision on their application.

Any candidate who feels that their school transcripts do not an accurately reflect their expected performance in the O-Level examinations should submit the Expected Grade Form and are also encouraged to submit a short essay explaining why their school performance is not as strong as their expected O-Level grades.

Students must choose a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 4 A-Level subjects. You may choose ANY combination of subjects as long as you meet the requirements for the class. Requests for a particular faculty member can also be submitted via the Subject Preference form for consideration by the Admissions Committee.  Please visit the FAQ section of our website for further information regarding available subjects, prerequisites and faculty members.

Candidates who submit all application documents (listed below) will be considered for Conditional Offers before official O-Level results are available. They will either receive a conditional offer of admission from Southshore within three weeks of the submission of their complete application or will be deferred till after official O-Level results are available.

For candidates applying before their O-Level results are published:

Please ensure that you request that your current school provide you with all supporting documents for your Southshore application as incomplete applications cannot be considered by the Admissions Committee.
